We are looking for a Full-Time Operations Manager to join our Sherwood Park Corporate Office. This role will involve operational and financial leadership over several locations in Western Canada.

Duties Include:
· Assist and oversee production operations for several metal productions sites
· Lead and coach production and middle-management teams
· Review key metrics to improve productivity, reduce costs, and prevent errors
· Keep operations safety compliant and promote a strong safety culture
· Review inventory, plans, and report to leadership
· Identify growth opportunities for manufacturing and retail space
· Research and buy manufacturing equipment
· Set up dealer/contractor accounts and manage pricing
· Oversee estimating and conduct plant inspections
· Help create, update, and ensure use of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Build long‑term plans to meet company goals
· Coordinate with other teams on strategy, cross‑training, and staffing support
· Travel (via company car) to locations across BC, AB, SK, and MB
· Additional duties as required
Desired qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· Strong delegation and organizational skills; customer‑service focus
· Strong technology skills (e.g., office suite, databases/reporting)
· Customer and account management experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Budgeting and cost control skills
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
