A building technician ensures a Project/facility operates safely, efficiently, and comfortably
Core Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance, including drywall repair, painting, flooring, and basic carpentry
Service Requests: Respond to work orders and tenant/resident complaints, communicating effectively to manage expectations. Vendor Coordination: Supervise third-party contractors and order necessary maintenance supplies and parts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Specialized trade experience or certifications (e.g., carpentry, millwork, electrical) are a major asset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Software: Familiarity with maintenance management software.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Soft Skills: Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and a professional, courteous demeanor.
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
