We are looking for an amazing individual to join our sales team! As a Sales Associate, you will have a chance to learn all about mountain bikes, connect with fellow bike enthusiasts, and have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our customers. Working at The Inside Line will give you a unique opportunity to meet other industry professionals and learn the ins and outs of bike shop life. Specific to this role, you will be responsible for the following;
- Lead by example: Be the shining example of “how we do things” (punctuality, efficiency, professionalism, and taking initiative)
- Provide a friendly and professional customer service experience
- Support the webstore team with customer service and order fulfillment
- Assist in inventory upkeep and merchandising
Compensation / Benefits:
- Salary of $38,000 - $50,000 a year
