Hydroflyer's role as a Mechanical Engineer based in Canada is vital to our mission of developing the next generation of Hydroflyer, the most advanced personal watercraft. You will contribute your expertise to design, develop, and improve our innovative watercraft systems, helping us bring revolutionary ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems for the Hydroflyer using CAD software.
- Create detailed schematics and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers to integrate mechanical components.
- Conduct testing and validation of mechanical designs.
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Support prototype development and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Qualifications
- P.Eng or P.L.Eng
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drafting, and schematics.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
