We're looking for a seasoned CNC professional who can do more than run parts — someone ready to take ownership of daily shop operations, mentor the team, and help shape how we work. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and want real impact in a growing shop, this is your opportunity.
What you'll do
Lead the shop floor — supervise daily operations, set the standard for quality, and keep production running efficiently.
Estimate & plan — contribute to job quoting and help improve our estimating process as we scale.
Program with precision — create and optimize tool paths using CAM; model parts and fixtures in CAD using Fusion 360.
Set up & operate — machine complex parts to spec, read and interpret technical drawings, and verify quality throughout.
Drive continuous improvement — bring ideas that make us faster, better, and more consistent.
