Your Responsibilities (The Manager's Role)
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all pharmacy workflows, including dispensing, inventory, scheduling, and process optimization to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Champion Clinical Excellence: Take charge of patient outcomes through medication reviews, injection services, and chronic disease management initiatives.
- Develop and Coach Staff: Guide and supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Maintain Regulatory Standards: Act as the designated manager responsible for compliance with all New Brunswick College of Pharmacists regulations—ensuring top quality and safety.

What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail pharmacy setting (strong asset).
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate a team and handle challenges calmly.

- Familiarity with retail pharmacy software (asset).
