Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience building production ML/AI systems
- Bachelors degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks
- Extensive experience with Gen AI, LLMs. RAG architectures, and model fine-tuning
- Experience designing and architecting scalable ML systems from the ground up
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initatives through influence and expertise
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with multi-agent systems, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration platforms
- Strong background in MLOps, model serving platforms, and cloud-native ML infrastructure
- Experience building greenfield AI products or working in innovation-focused environments
