We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Hope, BC. This is a full-time position supporting daily office operations, safety and compliance programs, fleet administration, and insurance claim management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support functions.
- Maintain company safety documentation and ensure compliance records are current.
- Coordinate and process insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate fleet maintenance and service records.
- Track and maintain driver qualification files and records.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
- Assist management with scheduling, record keeping, and general office administration.
- Communicate professionally with employees, customers, insurance representatives, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with safety and compliance documentation is an asset.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is preferred.
- Experience maintaining fleet maintenance and driver records is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
