Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers/Runners to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and supporting smooth restaurant operations. Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Clear tables promptly and reset for new guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Support kitchen staff with food handling, plating, and basic meal preparation when required
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including dining rooms, bar areas, and kitchen stations
- Communicate effectively with guests to address inquiries or special requests
- Support baristas or other team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Kitchen experience, including food preparation or cooking skills, is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends and evenings if required
- Hospitality background such as hotel or guest services experience is beneficial
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Pay: $2,800.00-$3,200.00 per month
