We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable individual to serve as the live on-site representative for a new residential community in Winnipeg's Refinery District.
This is a flexible position focused on tenant relations, communication, and coordination. The successful candidate will act as the primary face of the property, serving as the liaison between residents, our head office, maintenance teams, contractors, and working closely ownership representatives.
About the Role
This position combines administrative responsibilities with resident-facing customer service. You will maintain regular on-site office hours, assist residents with inquiries, coordinate building-related activities (showings, move-ins, compliance, collections), and help ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the property's day-to-day operations.
This is a flexible position requiring on-site office hours, along with responsibility for handling tenant phone and email inquiries during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). While phone and email communications may be managed remotely, the successful candidate must remain accessible and responsive throughout the business day. Evening or weekend appointments may be required for move-ins, move-outs, and other resident needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for residents
- Manage tenant inquiries received by phone, email, and in person during regular business hours
- Oversee the company cell phone and respond to resident concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with head office staff, maintenance personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and general property administration
- Help maintain a positive resident experience through professional and friendly customer service

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
