Summary
We are seeking a Hardscape Supervisor to join our team at Zen Construction Inc. This role is essential in overseeing landscaping projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
General Duties and Key Requirements:
° Hardscaping – including patios, retaining walls, driveways, walkways and more
° Sound understanding of landscape construction designs/drawings
° Ensure professionalism is maintained and project timelines and budgets are supported
° Leading a crew in all aspects of construction
° Ensure crew maintains tools and safe, proper storage of equipment at end of each workday
° Operation of skid steer, mini-excavator, trucks, trailer, stone saw, plate tampers, etc.
Qualifications:
° Positive attitude, hard-working, reliable, presentable, works well in a team environment
° Safety conscientious; safe operation of equipment, vehicles, and tools always
° Knowledge of landscaping materials, techniques and tools
° Excellent work ethic and punctuality
° Attention to detail
° Strong communication skills
° Clean Class G with driver's abstract
° At least 5 years’ experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
