The Log Cabin is currently seeking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. Applicable candidates must have the willingness to continue learning, work with great ethics, and must be keen on working as a team in a great positive environment. This is a great opportunity to learn and executes house made soups, stocks, sauces, breads, dessert and to work with an amazing team that delivers our promise to exceed our guest's experience.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in daily running of kitchen, food preparation, and line service
- Food preparation, line service
- Perform open and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized & safe work area including equipment
- Preparation of ingredients for soups, stocks, sauces & dressings
- Bake breads & assist with making of desserts
- Vegetable preparation
- Pan cooking of various dishes by following recipes
- Clean prep dishes and other pots and pans
- keeping all appliances clean after every use
