This is a Level 2 CNC Machine Operator position at our 50,000 sq ft automated fabrication facility in Guelph, with easy access to the 401 and Hwy 6 North. You'll play a hands-on role in our structural steel fabrication process, operating CNC equipment and contributing to the precision and efficiency of our production floor.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience operating a CNC plasma machine (required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
- Attention to detail and willingness to contribute to process improvements
What you’ll do
- Operate and monitor robotic and CNC machinery to process structural steel components accurately
- Read shop fabrication drawings to ensure correct parts are produced from specified material blanks
- Load and unload material using manual handling and overhead crane operation
- Mark and verify processed material against shop drawings before release
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and contribute to a positive team environment

Hours: Monday-Thursday – 6:55 AM-4:25 PM
Friday 6:55 AM-11:55 AM/3:25 PM
