Responsibilities
-
Perform picking, packing, kitting, staging, and replenishment of materials and components.

Receive and store inbound materials in designated locations.

Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, bin audits, and physical inventory activities.

Organize, sort, and label freight, pallets, and storage areas according to warehouse standards.
-
Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) and material rotation practices.
-
Operate RF scanners and SAP systems for inventory tracking and material transactions.

Assist with discrepancy investigations, including shortages, damages, and inventory variances.

Safely operate Reach Truck, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment (valid certification required).

Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers.
-
Transport materials between storage areas, staging zones, and production lines.

Deliver components, consumables, and packaging materials to production cells as required.

Prepare and stage kits and work orders based on production priorities.

Support line returns and ensure proper restocking of materials.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following 5S standards.

Follow Lean manufacturing principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Report hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material flow and priorities.

Support production needs in a timely and proactive manner.
Qualifications

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Valid Reach Truck / Forklift certification is required.

1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.

Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is an asset.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
