Property Manager (OLCM Required)
Legacy Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing condominium management team at a luxury high-rise condominium located in downtown Toronto.
Requirements and Information
- Valid OLCM licence in good standing with the CMRAO
- Minimum 4 years of property management experience
- Comprehensive benefits package (dental, vision, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, governance, financial management, and building operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience attending Board meetings and preparing management reports
Responsibilities
- Attend Board meetings and Annual General Meetings as required
- Prepare management reports, notices, and correspondence
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Work closely with Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and consultants
- Oversee budgets, contracts, and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act and corporation governing documents
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
