We're looking for a highly organized Client Operations Coordinator who enjoys keeping projects moving, communicating with clients, and ensuring that no detail gets overlooked.
About the Role
This is a client-facing operations role that combines communication, organization, and light technical work. You'll help manage day-to-day client requests, coordinate projects across our team, perform simple website updates, and ensure our clients receive a consistently outstanding experience.
You'll work closely with our leadership, SEO specialists, Google Ads team, and developers to keep projects on track and clients informed.
ResponsibilitiesClient Communication
- Respond to routine client emails in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with clients on outstanding requests and action items
- Keep clients informed of project progress
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Escalate technical or strategic questions to the appropriate team member
Website Updates
- Make routine WordPress updates, including:
- Updating office hours
- Editing website content
- Replacing images
- Publishing blog posts
- Updating promotions and service pages
- Adding or removing staff profiles
- Perform basic quality assurance before website changes go live
Operations & Account Administration
- Follow up on Google Ads advertiser verification requirements
- Assist with Google Business Profile verification tasks
- Monitor and follow up on declined Google Ads payment methods
- Follow up on outstanding client invoices
Project Coordination
- Keep project management software up to date
- Coordinate work between internal team members
- Ensure client requests are assigned and completed
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on overdue tasks
- Help improve internal processes and documentation
Qualifications

Required Experience
- Experience using WordPress
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience working at a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with Google Ads
