Our company is growing, and we are looking for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join us in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that meet rigorous performance standards and exceed customer expectations.
You must have 5+ years of experience working in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Creating custom designs for orders
- Product research and development
- Design validation with simulations (FEA & CFD)
- Assembly / finished product production drawings
- Sheet metal drawings, following GD&T best practices
- Parts modelling
- Create simplified electrical schematics
- Design and drawing automation
- Maintaining a robust and organized database of parts in an ERP
- Provide hands-on support on the production floor, including troubleshooting, testing, and resolving mechanical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Candidates with a P.Eng. designation are preferred
- Candidates with mechatronics or electrical experience are preferred
- Advanced level knowledge in SolidWorks -- ideally with certifications (CSWP)
- Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience
- Hands-on experience working with mechanical tools, production equipment, or manufacturing environments preferred (e.g., assembly lines, testing, troubleshooting)
- Strong project & time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
