We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, food preparation staff, and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining operational feasibility
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for staff and guests
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service and timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize profitability
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen operations
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting with demonstrated leadership skills
- Extensive food preparation and cooking expertise across diverse cuisines
- Strong background in restaurant management, including team management and operational oversight
- Hands-on experience with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience in bartending or serving is a plus, highlighting versatility within hospitality roles
- Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
