What You'll Do
As an Eyecare Consultant, you'll be the first friendly face our customers meet. You'll help people find eyewear they love, support them throughout their eyecare journey, and ensure every visit feels welcoming and memorable.
Your day may include:
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive in-store experience
- Helping customers choose frames that suit their style, lifestyle, and prescription needs
- Explaining products, promotions, and services in a clear and helpful way
- Supporting first-time contact lens wearers
- Performing pre-testing procedures such as retinal imaging, visual field testing, and pressure checks (training provided)
- Adjusting and fitting eyewear for comfort and accuracy
- Processing eyewear and contact lens orders
- Booking appointments and following up with customers
- Working collaboratively with the store team to deliver exceptional service

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, concierge, sales, or optical is considered an asset, but is not required.
