Job Summary
The Cue Club is a Billiards, pool & a gaming lounge in downtown Milton. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team for a supervisor/manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of The Cue Club, including pool hall activities, food service, gaming areas, and customer reception.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor facility cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist in menu execution and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
- Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and operational materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Place orders with suppliers and negotiate pricing where applicable.
Staffing:
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train employees.
- Create and manage weekly staff schedules.
- Supervise front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Enforce company policies and workplace standards.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

- experience in managing in a restaurant or hospitality setting or customer service.

Employment Details
