Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, maintaining organized records and files.
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to ensure seamless office operations.
- Support bookkeeping activities through QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Assist with office procedures by managing scheduling, verifying insurance information, and maintaining confidential records.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning properly to support daily activities.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support with professionalism and warmth.
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is required
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience handling front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems, customer service interactions, filing systems.
- Knowledge of Excavation or construction industry is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills paired with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support capabilities to foster positive client interactions.
- Experience completing locates and permits is preferred.

Pay: $19.55-$28.00 per hour
