Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Manage guest seating arrangements and wait times efficiently to maximize satisfaction and flow
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service, ensuring smooth shift operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service
- Operate POS systems such as Squirrel POS for order processing and payments with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols in all front-of-house areas
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong guest services skills with a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team confidently
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
