Also Green is a Canadian-made, eco-friendly cleaning products brand — laundry, dish, and home cleaning products built on the idea that you shouldn't have to choose between what actually works and what's better for the planet. We're a fast-growing DTC company, and we back a strong product with high-volume, creative-first marketing: Meta ads, social content, and email, all at real scale.
We're looking for someone highly organized, internet-native, and excited about content production. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role — this is a hands-on execution role inside a fast-moving DTC brand. You'll work directly with the founders helping organize, produce, and execute ad creative, social content, and content production workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Organizing and coordinating weekly content production
- Filming ad creatives and social content (product shots, behind-the-scenes, day-to-day capture)
- Helping prepare shoots, props, locations, and filming plans
- Uploading and organizing footage for editors
- Coordinating with video editors and designers
- Managing creative workflow inside Monday.com + Notion
- Creating and assisting with daily social stories/posts
- Proposing weekly social content ideas and helping execute or assign them once approved
- Gathering references and trends from TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads Library for static ad concepts (when time allows)
- Occasional behind-the-scenes appearances — we're a social, personality-forward brand, so for the right person there may be room to grow into more of a face-of-brand role over time, but this is not a requirement of the position
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and responsiveness
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and modern internet content
- Comfortable filming with a phone or camera
- Able to manage multiple moving creative projects at once
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and moving quickly
- Editing skills (CapCut or similar) a plus, but not required
- Bonus if you've worked with DTC brands, creators, or content production before
