Who We Are
Gallery 7 Theatre is a community-based, semi-professional theatre company based in Abbotsford, BC, that is passionate about creating entertaining and thought-provoking theatre. We explore the spiritual, relational, and social aspects of the human experience with a vision towards hope, reconciliation, and redemption. Gallery 7 Theatre has been in continuous operation for 35+ years and we have produced more than 130 productions. Our recent 2025/2026 season welcomed nearly 18,000 theatre fans from across the Fraser Valley. We are an incorporated Society and a registered Charity that is in a period of growth, expanding our audience, staff, and impact in the community.
We are looking for someone who is excited to be a vital contributor to that growth—someone who is ready to take ownership, bring new ideas, and help strengthen the people, systems, and experiences that support G7’s continued success.
Who You Are
You are a welcoming, friendly, and service-minded person who enjoys creating positive experiences and helping people. You are comfortable communicating with patrons by phone, email, and in person, and you have a strong attention to detail when handling ticket sales, exchanges, payments, and customer information. You stay calm and professional when challenges arise and are confident in finding practical solutions to patron questions or concerns. You are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a busy live-performance environment. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as you are able to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
You are willing to learn and use ticketing, point-of-sale, and other box office systems, and you understand the importance of accuracy when handling transactions and patron information. Whether you are answering a phone call, helping a patron find the right seats, resolving a ticketing issue, assisting volunteers, or supporting the Front of House team before a performance, you understand that every interaction is an opportunity to reflect the warmth and professionalism of Gallery 7 Theatre.
You care about people, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and understand that the Box Office is often one of the first points of contact between Gallery 7 Theatre and its patrons. You are not simply processing tickets—you are helping create a welcoming experience from the moment people plan their visit to the moment they walk through our doors.
