Blancrest Reality Group, is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance calls for our residential properties in Montreal. This is a hands-on role — you'll be dispatched to units as issues come up and expected to handle a wide range of repairs across different trades.
Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance calls at residential units as they come in
Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, and basic locksmith work (lock changes, rekeys, lockouts)
Handle general handyman tasks — drywall patching, painting, door and window repairs, appliance troubleshooting, minor carpentry, and more
Diagnose issues on-site and determine the right fix
Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time when possible
Communicate with tenants professionally while working in occupied units
Keep basic records of work completed and materials used
Pick up and stock necessary parts and supplies for calls
Be available for emergency or after-hours calls as needed
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
