We are looking to add a Detailer to our team!
Detailing & Vehicle Preparation
- Complete interior and exterior detailing tasks, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, polished, and finished to Mark Motors Group standards
- Support body shop operations by performing additional detailing duties as assigned by the manager.
Quality, Efficiency & Work Ethic
- Respond quickly to assigned tasks with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate effectively with team members and take directions from the manager to support workflow and production targets.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding vehicle status, required materials, or any concerns affecting quality or timelines.
Compliance, Licensing & Safety
- Maintain all required valid licenses and certifications for the position, including but not limited to a valid driver’s license and WHMIS certification.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a vehicle detailing position, preferably within the automotive industry or a comparable industry sector.
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality support
