We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated, reliable, and courteous crew leader to join us.

The Role: Crew Leader
As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating equipment such as stone saws, jackhammers, and drills
- Operating machinery including skid steers, mini-excavators, and trucks/trailers
- Reading, interpreting, and executing landscape designs
- Producing high-quality work (masonry, patio grading, and more)
- Loading and unloading work trucks
- Maintaining and cleaning work trucks, tools, and equipment
- Caring for tools and equipment on the job site to prevent loss or misuse
- Ensuring all PPE is worn in compliance with company and legislative regulations
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in landscape construction (required)
- Strong knowledge of the industry and health and safety regulations
- Hands-on experience installing concrete pavers/slabs and retaining walls, grading, building steps, forming concrete, and constructing fences, pergolas, and similar structures
- A team-player attitude
- A valid driver's license — Class G required (AR/DZ an asset and given preference)
- Reliable transportation to our shop
Wages are based on experience.
