Summary:
The Solution Engineer supports the Sales teams by creating customized solution for customers, which includes technical documentation, etc. This role also works with external vendors and internal teams to support product deliveries and technical inquiries.
This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow coordination, and timely support for customer and internal requests.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Engineering and vendors to create custom RF Component and Satellite solutions for the company’s customers
- Create and maintain part numbers and associated data within engineering systems
- Develop and maintain marketing datasheets for custom and standard parts
- Assist engineering teams with sourcing and evaluating components
- Support engineering documentation including specifications and product data
- Maintain documentation within PLM, CRM, and ERP systems
- Support Power BI, and related business systems
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between Sales, Engineering, and Operations
- Support technical documentation for product releases and customer deliverables
- Support engineering and sales workflow coordination
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- BSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering;
- Two years of experience working in a similar role;
- Understanding of communication systems and RF an asset;
- Experience creating customized satellite solutions an asset;
- Good Written and Verbal Communication in English required and mandarin speaking is an asset;
- Experience with the following software: Hubspot, PowerBI, Business Central, Windchill is preferred;
