Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry best practices.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Experience
- 4+ years of Prior experience in technical support required;
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, VPNs, and routers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to continuously learn new technologies and improve support skills.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
