As our Civil division continues to expand, we are seeking experienced individuals for our Gradesman opportunity.

The Opportunity:
Gradesman Responsibilities include:
- Assisting operators with accurate grading, elevations, and site layout
- Read grade stakes, plans, and blueprints to guide excavation and placement
- Set and check grades using lasers, levels, and measuring tools
- Support trenching, servicing, and site preparation activities
- Ensure work aligns with project specifications and tolerances
- Will be expected to contribute labour assistance to the team
We are looking for strong candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Solid understanding of standard industry safety procedures and practices,
- Able to perform well in a production-driven environment while remaining professional, reliable, consistent, and with a clear sense of communication,
- Strong attention to detail and commitment of completing high-quality work
- Minimum of 3 years of construction experience with a minimum of 1 years as Gradesman.
This role is part of our Civil Department and reports directly to the Civil Superintendent and Senior Project Manager. If you meet the qualifications above, please apply with your most recent resume.
