One of our clients is seeking a skilled Welder to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG and TIG welding and a strong focus on quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment
- Select appropriate welding methods, materials, gases, and filler metals
- Weld components made from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts
- Perform tack welding and final welding according to specifications
- Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and appearance requirements
- Inspect finished welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Repair or rework defective welds as required
Requirements
- Previous welding experience (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
