Residential Window Cleaner / Technician –
ShineWorks is hiring motivated team members for residential window cleaning throughout Barrie, ON. This is a hands-on outdoor job for someone who enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering great results.
You'll be working on residential properties completing window cleaning services, screen cleaning, and other exterior detailing tasks while providing a professional experience for customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cleaning residential windows inside and out
- Using extendable poles and professional equipment to safely reach all areas of the home
- Removing and cleaning screens and window tracks
- Setting up and maintaining equipment throughout the day
- Interacting respectfully and professionally with homeowners
- Delivering high-quality results on every job
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable operating extendable poles and professional equipment
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and on time
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Experience That Helps:
- Window cleaning experience
- Squeegee skills
- Construction or exterior labour experience
- Customer service background
Compensation & Extras:
- Earn up to $25/hour depending on experience
