About the Opportunity
Docker Transport is a service-driven delivery company supporting major retail clients across Western Canada. We are expanding our network of professional Owner-Operators to support both home delivery and multi-family (apartment, condo, and project-based) delivery.
This is a physically demanding, team-based, customer-facing contract best suited for experienced delivery crews who operate efficiently and take pride in high-quality service.
Team Requirement
- Minimum 2-person crew required at all times
- 3-person crews are periodically requested for multi-family projects and higher-volume routes
What You Can Expect

Scope of Work
- Load, transport, and deliver appliances and large items
- Perform in-home deliveries and multi-family building deliveries/installations
- Complete damage-free deliveries to products and customer property
- Navigate elevators, tight spaces, and construction/site environments
- Use proper equipment (dollies, straps, suction cups, protective materials)
- Complete delivery documentation to company standards
Equipment Requirements
- 24'–26' box truck with power tailgate (2014+ preferred)
- Appliance and furniture moving equipment
- PPE for all crew members
Business & Compliance Requirements
- Registered business entity
- Valid NSC safety certificate
- WSBC clearance
- Commercial insurance including $100,000 motor truck cargo coverage
- Valid licensing, registration, and insurance documentation
Driver & Crew Requirements
- Established 2+ person delivery team (required)
- Experience in appliance or furniture delivery preferred
- Valid driver’s license(s)
- Clean driver abstracts and criminal background checks (all crew members)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service skills
Physical & Operational Expectations
- Frequent team lifting of heavy items
- Full-day availability with flexible scheduling
- Ability to operate basic tools and assist with installations
- Work is completed as a coordinated team operation in customer homes and active project sites
- High attention to detail and care in finished spaces
