Proficiently provide non-injectable aesthetic treatment services to patients including:
- Microneedling
- Medical-grade chemical peels
- HydraFacial MD®
- Laser and energy-based treatments, including IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, body contouring, laser hair removal
- Additional authorized treatments as trained and approved by YYC Botox
- Welcome clients with a smile and positive attitude; offer refreshments and update them about wait times.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email or online booking inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and managing complex appointments.
- Support clients with medical-grade skincare product selection and checkout.
- Perform clinic operations: client check-in/out, room turnover, restocking, cleaning, and inventory management.
- Receive and manage skincare orders, track inventory, and process phone/online sales.
- Assist fellow staff with general tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable and proficient with clinic software: booking systems, payment terminals, online sales portals.
- Detail-oriented and performance-driven; fast learner able to adapt and implement new procedures quickly.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that make clients feel heard and validated.
- Clear and polite email communication, using professional language and etiquette.
- Attentive to clinic flow and able to inform management of noteworthy developments.
- Familiar with inventory control principles and skincare order processing.
- Maintains high accuracy when booking appointments or ringing through retail products.
