What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with customers and guiding them confidently through the buying process.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending vehicles and solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, showcasing technology, and conducting test drives.
- Handling online and in-person inquiries, setting appointments, and following up with leads.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge on Volkswagen models and pre-owned inventory.
- Completing all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Achieving monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Staying engaged with CRM tasks to ensure consistent follow-up and long-term customer retention.
What You Bring to the Team
- Must be 18 years of age or older to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehicle.
- Automotive sales experience (6+ months preferred), or high-performing retail/customer service experience.
- A passion for people, vehicles, and helping customers make confident decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking ability, and time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; dealership software experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- AMVIC License.
