Pinnacle International is one of Canada's leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments. Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in development, design, construction and management for over three decades. Pinnacle's portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto and San Diego.
Overview:
Pinnacle has a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join its Vancouver development team as an Architectural Technician and become involved in the creation of new large-scale communities. The ideal candidate will have a technical design background and will initially focus on unit design and optimization of floor plans and building layouts via Cad or Revit.
Additional responsibilities will include supporting and assisting senior management throughout the development process for a wide range of product types, primarily within high-rise tower formats. Duties will include coordination of external design consultant activities and municipal approvals, due diligence, preparation of reports while maintaining project correspondence, meeting minutes and schedules, and adapting to project needs as they evolve.
Starting Salary: $50,000.00
Qualifications:
· AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch up experience is essential.
· 3+ years of experience in architecture and interior design in real estate industry, with a particular emphasis on design.
· Educational background in architecture, interior design, planning or related field.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple assignments and priorities in a dynamic fast pace work environment.
· A methodical, creative and innovative approach to solving design challenges.
· Strong work ethic.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
