Overview
Rangers Security Group is seeking a dependable, observant professional to join our Calgary team. This is not a passive "watchman" role. You are the the strategic link between technology and field response. We are looking for an individual with high situational awareness who takes pride in being the reliable "anchor" for our guards in the field.
The Role: Tactical Oversight & Coordination
As the primary operator on our night shift, you will manage the security of multiple high-value properties across Canada. Your maturity and judgment are your greatest assets in this role.
- Proactive Monitoring: Use live camera feeds and team coordination with other agents to identify and assess risks in real-time.
- Tactical Dispatch: Coordinate the movement of field guards during incidents, prioritizing their safety and effective response.
- Crisis Management: Communicate directly with Police Services and other emergency agencies (EMS/Fire) to provide real-time intelligence.
- Site Intervention: Use professional "voice-down" protocols via two-way audio to deter unauthorized individuals.
- Professional Documentation: Draft comprehensive, objective incident reports for corporate stakeholders and legal review.
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional Maturity: Ability to work independently during the 23:00 – 07:00 shift with minimal supervision.
- Background: Previous experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Emergency Dispatch, or Corporate Security is valued.
- Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for nuances.
