Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Person to join the team at our active adult subdivision Wellington on the Lake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lawn maintenance, snow removal and repair and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Seasonal property maintenance in our community including snow removal and grass cutting
- Maintenance of the recreation center and other facilities
- Conduct house checks for absent residents
- Perform water testing procedures (training provided)
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance on equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential issues
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Driver's License
- Vehicle or equipment maintenance skills an asset
