Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in Innisfil. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support client health goals
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all licensing and professional standards
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with the CMTO
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is advantageous
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and listening attentively to client concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and compassion at all times
