Labbe-Leech Interiors Ltd. is currently seeking a new team member to fill the role of Site Superintendent.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of all aspects of the construction site including coordination and scheduling of both subcontractors and internal field staff. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations, including safety & compliance, and will work closely with the Project Manager to solve problems that arise. This individual requires above average organization, project scheduling, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Overall site supervision of interior commercial construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings to deliver the completed project as directed.
- Manage the project schedule on site, with effective planning, organizing, and directing the site according to project specifications.
- Work with subcontractors and field staff to complete large and small renovation projects.
- Work with the Project Manger to problem solve on site issues.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on-site.
- Promote and maintain effective business relations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Requires 5 years interior commercial construction experience, in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints including architectural, electrical, mechanical and structural.
- Preference will be given to candidates with ISM or Carpentry experience.
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type/Pay
· Full-time, Permanent
· $40.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on training & experience
· Overtime if applicable
