Flexible days and hours: Shifts are 10am to 5pm or 5pm to Midnight, 7 days a week.
Sales associate pay averages $25/hr or more after everything ($18.25 base guaranteed plus $4 in performance bonuses plus tips of usually another $2-$4/hr)

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs effectively.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth experience.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Employ upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or difficult customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
