- Strong understanding of the construction industry and how to approach decision-makers.
- Ability to independently generate leads and create new business opportunities.
- Confident making cold calls, visiting construction sites, and approaching potential clients in person.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups, leads, and client communication effectively.
- Comfortable using phone, email, LinkedIn, and basic tracking systems.
- Knowledge of labour supply, post-construction cleaning, site services, or construction operations is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
