We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and highly organized Delivery Fulfillment Driver & Yard Operations Lead to take ownership of our yard, inventory, and site deliveries. This is a dynamic, high-impact role perfect for an independent worker who takes pride in maintaining a tight ship and ensuring our logistics run like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities

- Fulfillment (Shipping & Receiving): Accurately pick, pack, and bundle material orders according to pick sheets. Unload incoming manufacturer shipments and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Yard Leadership & Inventory Control: Fully manage and maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment. Keep strict track of inventory moving in and out, ensuring paperwork is filled out correctly and goods shipped match the invoices.
- General Handyman Tasks: Safe and proficient use of basic power tools and hand tools to assist with general shop maintenance, prepping custom materials, or completing basic assembly/repair tasks around the yard.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driving Experience: Proven experience safely operating and maneuvering a truck and trailer combination (backing up, securing heavy loads, navigating tight job sites).
- Licensing & Driving Record: Must possess a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record (abstract required upon hire). A higher class license (such as Class D or AZ) is considered a strong asset.
- Equipment Operation: Experience operating a forklift is required (valid certification is preferred, but experience is key).
- Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical shape and comfortably capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable and safe using common power tools (saws, drills, etc.) for basic yard and material prep tasks.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong organizational skills and the ability to take full accountability for order accuracy so our installation crews have exactly what they need, when they need it.
What We Offer
- Consistent Full-Time Hours: Stable, scheduled day shifts Monday through Friday.
- Ownership & Autonomy: Run the yard like it's your own business. You will be a critical anchor for our fast-growing operations.
- Active Workday: Skip the desk job—enjoy a role that keeps you moving, outdoors, and on the road.
