Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Make coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies & serve pastries.
- Ensure a heightened level of customer service.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Resolve customer related complaints
- Gain a strong knowledge of products.
- Merchandise and stock shelves.
- Closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in Barista experience
- 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Must be available weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food products (an asset, but not necessary)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand and work long hours on feet
- Lift heavy products up to 50lb
