Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality food service and maintaining food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, bacon, and other menu offerings
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or needs
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safety
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including sanitation standards
Requirements
- 2 years Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling procedures
- Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques suitable for breakfast dishes
- Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

You must have your current Food Handlers cert.
