Event Leader – Off-Site Events
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Event Leader to oversee our off-site events, ranging from intimate private chef experiences to large catering gatherings. This role is responsible for leading event execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the team to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee off-site events from setup to breakdown.
- Coordinate event staff and ensure smooth event flow.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest service.
- Act as the main point of contact during events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Problem-solve quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, catering, restaurants, or hotels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be available Saturdays
