Tilemaster has been family-owned for more than 40 years, providing tiles and renovation supplies for homeowners, contractors, and designers. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Toronto team (Location: Dufferin & Lawrence). If you are customer-focused, energetic, and passionate about home design and renovations, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting tiles, flooring, and related products
- Provide expert product knowledge and design recommendations
- Prepare quotes and process sales transactions accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Maintain showroom appearance, samples, and displays
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience (tile, flooring, or home improvement industry is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
- Basic computer skills (POS system experience an asset)
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
