Lead Manager (Inbound Customer Service)
What you will do:
- Working in a self-directed manner navigating through a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards (returning missed calls within 5 minutes)
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and setting up and booking appointments for sales representatives.
- Uncovering customers’ requirements to determine if properties fit our criteria
- Keeping up-to-date on customers and prospects for selling opportunities
- Maintaining knowledge of our service, ongoing marketing activities, and key competitor solutions, offerings, strengths and opportunities
- Staying current with industry trends to assist educating customer base
- Working collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed sales goals
What you bring:
- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Strong command of the French language (both written and verbal) is A MUST!
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and internet
- Experience in real estate would be an asset

Job Type - Part-Time
Starting Wage - $20.00 per hour
Hours - TBD
Supplemental pay types:
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
