The successful candidate will support a practice in personal injury law. Responsibilities will include client service and correspondence, preparing and managing documents and files, entering time, managing calendars, and other related duties.
The successful candidate will have a Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma from a recognized institution or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong technology skills particularly with MS Office and time keeping and billing software.
Experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal an asset. Experience with Filevine an asset.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, have exceptional personal integrity, be flexible with changing schedules and duties, demonstrate outstanding client service and communication skills and be a strong team player.
