Job Summary
Cherni Site Maintenance is looking for a reliable and experienced General Handyperson to handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties
- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance across client properties
- Electrical work including outlet and fixture replacement, panel troubleshooting, lighting installation, and minor wiring repairs
- Plumbing tasks including faucet and fixture replacement, drain clearing, toilet repairs, and minor pipe work
- Carpentry and drywall repairs including patching, painting, door and window adjustments
- Flooring repairs including tile, laminate, and subfloor issues
- HVAC filter changes, unit inspections, and minor servicing
- Exterior maintenance including eavestroughs, siding repairs, caulking, and weatherproofing
- Identify and report issues that require licensed trade work or further assessment
- Maintain a clean and professional presence on client sites at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in general maintenance, property maintenance, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry — tickets or certifications an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied daily workload
- Own tools and reliable vehicle required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude with clients
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
